Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer economy, standard and express shipping options at checkout.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Free Economy Shipping (U.S.): 5-8 business days
    • Paid Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-4 business days
    • Paid Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or carrier issues.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at powerupyourdevices@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
